You have a dog???

I booked this hotel while my husband was driving us back to Michigan. I booked through BringFido. Took screenshots of my reservation. Two adults one small dog. Got to check in and they were putting in front of me a paper to sign that if I had a pet in the room it was a $150 charge. I said I paid for a room with a dog and showed them my screenshot reservation with full payment received. They said all those rooms were gone. What??? After some tense moments I did end up getting a room. They said I should have called them direct. I was also charged an additional $35 on top of my paid in full reservation. On a lighter note, the room was very nice and updated. They served a hot breakfast and the staff was friendly.
