Stay away

If booking on app pet info may not come through and since limited rooms are pet friendly it could be a problem and no accommodation will be made, at least by the very rude young lady I ran into. After admitting it wasn’t my fault and me politely without any voice raising at all expressed my frustration that she offered no options to us, she simply kicked me out of the hotel, refused to discuss, and threatened to charge me the room rate due to missing cancelation period. She didn’t after all. I left, called management next day and never even rec’d a call back. I won’t be back and suggest anyone proceed with caution.
