Horrible room

This room and facility was horrible; the room numbers were written on the wall with a black marker, the handle on the dresser was broken, the plug in on the desk lamp was broken, the ceiling tiles above the bathtub was missing, the drain plug to the bathtub was missing revealing a gross rusty drain hole. I went to the front desk told the guy working and was told "I only work here." I have used BW on a number of occasions because I travel with two dogs, I very seldom have a problem getting rooms with them, and until this trip, most of the rooms are really nice. I will rethink ever using BW again.
