Not again

We were placed on the 5th floor because they didn’t have a pet room put aside for us. The room thermostat didn’t work therefore it was over 77 degrees in the room with window only able to open 2-3 inches. The front desk staff said our rate didn’t include the “free” breakfast. The hotel had a security guard at one of the stairway doors to keep guests on the floor as they were being quarantined. The antibacterial wipes at front doors were out. When front desk staff was told they said “ok” but never was replaced. It was the most unaccommodating staff we have experienced.
