Very pet friendly
Kimpton Hotel Vintage Portland an IHG HotelLike other Kimpton Hotels I’ve been to, the hotel is wonderfully dog friendly. I love that they don’t have a pet fee, and the lodging itself is great. But the location is in the heart of downtown Portland and it’s a 3 block walk to a grassy area. If your dog is like mine and will only do their business on grass, it’s not a great place to be at 4am when they need to pee. Also, be aware that this hotel is valet parking only ($50/day) and it can take 15-30 minutes to get your car from the valet.

Nice new hotel
Seattle Marriott BellevueThe new Marriott in Bellevue is very nice with pleasant rooms, clean facilities and a nice breakfast. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The only downside was there is no self-parking option (valet only or on the street) and the dog fee is kind of steep, $75.
