Terrible experience

If I could give only part of a bone, I would. The place is being renovated by a 4 year old...at least that is what it looks like from the paint job, the dried paint on the floor, the window painted shut, etc. There was no toilet paper. The tv didn't work. There was no telephone in the room. As I said the window didn't open. And the deadbolt lock would stick. I was stuck in the room for 45 minutes before I was finally able to get the night manager on my cell phone (thank goodness I still had 17% juice left...see comment about no phone in room above) to come get me out. It took him another 20 minutes and a crowbar to get the door open. He gave up on trying to get the window open. He never offered me anything extra for my time and inconvenience. He should have comped the room. Instead, he didn't even apologize. Needless to say, this place is a death trap and a fire hazard. I won't be back E.V.E.R.
