Not really dog friendly

We went there last month during the day. It was very hot and humid out. There was only one table being occupied on the deck, so my husband took a table with our dog a couple tables down from them. I went in and told the waitress we were outside on the deck with our dog. She came out and told us we could not sit there, we had to sit in the 'dog' friendly table. There were only 2 tables--BOTH IN THE HOT SUN!!! That's NOT dog friendly!! That's not even 'people' friendly!! I wrote a review on Yelp and the owner responded asking me to send him an email. I did and never got a response from him. Obviously, he only responds on reviews to look good and no intentions to actually responding via email.
