No hot water

Do they accept your card?
La Quinta by Wyndham Phoenix I-10 WestThey don't accept credit cards from certain providers, and they won't tell you about this until you get there. Do they accept cards from your provider? Good luck! I drove EIGHT hours (from LA) and expected this hotel to be our relief. Upon our arrival, I was informed that they don't accept deposits from Chime (and a list of other banks)!! Amazing! It's a VISA like any other. This is a dishonest business practice because at that point, it's 9 pm, and I'm low on options and energy to price shop competitors. If they want to institute this policy, they need to be upfront about it! They should have called me the second they received payment and canceled the reservation so I could book an alternative.
