Staff are very friendly
Holiday Inn El Paso West - Sunland Park an IHG HotelComputer was not operational when I arrived so they could not apply my Holiday Inn membership. One key did not work and ice machine was out of service. Room is old and needs repair. I ordered dinner and when I went to pick it up, I found they had delivered it to my room. Front desk got me ice and was happy to assist in any way possible.

Great place to stay
DoubleTree by Hilton Tulsa - Warren PlaceEverything was great. Staff, room, and friendly.
