Amazing guest service

We were stuck in a traffic accident, on a bridge, overnight, for 6-1/2 hours, and we were all exhausted. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had enough uninterrupted sleep to drive the rest of our journey safely. The dogs and the humans were very appreciative of everything they did.
