Cute and clean!
La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Sacramento NorthVery clean and nice room! Not super fancy but on a road trip with a pup, it was absolutely perfect.

Good quick place to stay!
Motel 6 Palm Springs CA - DowntownNot a frilly place, but it was perfect for a quick night! Front desk informed me that all Motel 6 locations are dog friendly.

Dirty and sketchy
Motel 6 Yreka CAI’d avoid if you can. Windows on some rooms were duct taped together, rooms smelled of smoke, curtains had cigarette burns on them. Neighbors were incredibly loud with screaming kids and I suspect maybe they were living there judging from the pile of things outside their door.
