Great hotel

I am new to My Place Hotels but will definitely seek out others in my travels. Very friendly staff, clean room with full kitchen is a real treat. Comfy beds, individually controlled thermostat that is quiet and a grassy area for dogs. Thank you!

Don’t stay here!

I had booked a room through BringFido and when I arrived they assigned us to a room on the second floor. When I got off the elevator I noticed that the hallway was dimly lit and smelled of paint. I had trouble finding my room because most of the room numbers were covered over with tape and there was more tape to mark off the mopboards from the wall. When I finally found my room, the key didn’t work so I had to return to the lobby to get another key. When I finally entered the room I noticed that the carpeting was badly stained and looked dirty. The bath top shower was very old and stained.

I returned to the desk and asked for another room. They offered another room on the same floor and that key didn’t work. The whole 2nd floor seemed deserted and creepy. I told the concierge that the accommodations were unacceptable and asked for a refund. He was very accommodating and returned my $100 damage deposit and said that BringFido would have to authorize the refund which they did. I showed the concierge the pictures I had taken of the room and said that they had no business putting anyone on that floor. They reserve those rooms for people with pets. It was outrageous!

Great stay

Loved our stay at SCP Hotel. Beautiful lounge and Industrial modern decor in room. Bathroom was nicely laid out. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Very environmentally friendly.

Great stay

We enjoyed our overnight stay at La Quinta in Elkhart. Very courteous staff, convenient location, grassy areas for pet relief and good breakfast.
