A great deal for a reliable place
The Village Inn HarrisonburgI’ve been staying here for years now. Can’t believe the prices. The rooms are spacious and my dog loves the grassy areas around the grounds. Nice with a dog and a lot of stuff on road trips to be able to park right in front of the room. I feel safer here than in other motels, I think because it’s family-run and has a cozy atmosphere.

Bright, Clean, and Dog Friendly
Hampton Inn BensonThe other great reviews didn’t lie. It felt like a splurge on the price but well worth it. It’s not just next to a dog park, but a nice dog park.

Great for Dogs
Hilton Garden Inn Roanoke RapidsEasy check-in, got comfortable ground-floor room, ample parking, nice bar and restaurant, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Not great about mask-wearing though.
