Clean and easy
Quality InnNothing extraordinary, but exactly what you expect from a Quality Inn. Easy in and out overnight stay, comfortable bed and a large room. Easy to take your dog out for quick bathroom breaks.
Would give a 10 bone rating if I could
Thompson Savannah Part of HyattRelatively new hotel with attention to every little detail from a design perspective. All of the staff is super friendly. It is a little further from the downtown area but a nice walk along the River Walk gets you to all the restaurants and shops or you could take the free river ferry that allows dogs. So many guests staying with their dogs and the huge outside gardens facing the river makes it feel like its own community. Savannah is very dog friendly and this hotel is no exception.
Terrible Customer Service
Renaissance Pittsburgh HotelFrom start to finish my experience at the Renaissance was awful and I’ve travelled a lot so my standards are reasonable. The only thing that earned the 2 bones instead of 1, was the bartender who saw us in the foyer and invited us into the bar for a dog treat. She was great with Bailey (my dog).
