Pettit Environmental Preserve
Leashed dogs are welcome on the pet-friendly trails at Pettit Environmental Preserve in Dallas, GA. Hike trails ranging in length from .25 miles to a 1.7-mile loop trail around the lake. Trail features include a 36-foot swing bridge, a 70-foot floating bridge, & a stone amphitheater next to a small waterfall. This preserve is generally membership or reservation based, but public hikes are offered occasionally. Visit their website for more information.
