Ingredients

• 3 hard-boiled eggs
• 3 tablespoons plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon parsley, dried or freshly chopped

Instructions

1. Peel boiled eggs and cut in half lengthwise.
2. Remove yolks and mash with a fork in a bowl. Mix in yogurt and parsley to the yolk mixture until smooth and creamy. You can add a couple of drops of water or additional yogurt if desired.
3. Spoon or pipe mixture into each egg and garnish with additional parsley.

Who says carrots are just for rabbits? Your pup will be so “hoppy” with these mini carrot cakes!

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup shredded carrot
• Dash of cinnamon
• 1 tablespoon maple syrup
• Neufchâtel cheese aka low-fat cream cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. Combine flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl. In a second bowl, mix together pumpkin, applesauce, oil, egg and shredded carrots. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix for 2 minutes.
3. Spoon the batter into the muffin tins until they are ½ to ⅔ full.
4. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove from the oven and cool completely before frosting.
5. While the pupcakes cool, make the icing. Mix room temperature Neufchâtel cheese with the maple syrup until blended and smooth.
6. Spread over each pupcake. Garnish with a carrot slice and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

• 1 cup full-fat, plain Greek yogurt
• 1/2 cup chopped strawberries and blueberries

Instructions

1. Arrange chopped berries inside the molds.
2. Fill each mold with yogurt.
3. Place in freezer for 1 hour or until set.
4. Remove from molds and serve cold!

Carob is a dog-friendly version of chocolate. Fill his Easter basket with these sweet treats!

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup carob chips (depending on the size of the molds)
• 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Tools

A bunny-shaped silicone candy mold

Instructions

1. Place 1/2 cup of carob chips in a microwave-safe glass bowl.
2. Microwave at 50% power in 30 second increments until melted.
3. Pour into molds and let set at room temperature for at least 4 hours.
4. Store in a cool, dark place and serve for up to 2 months.
