Canine Cruise on the Cass River
Back by popular demand, this exciting cruise returns during the Frankenmuth Dog Bowl! Bring your pup to this unique tour taking place aboard the Bavarian Belle historic paddleboat, which docks on the north side of the River Place Shops. Pets are not only welcome but also encouraged! Cruises will be at 8:30 AM and 9:45 AM on both Saturday and Sunday. Each tour lasts around 45 minutes and includes a narrated history of the town and plenty of photo opportunities with your pup!

Best Friend Project Dog Paddle
Bring your own kayak or canoe and your friendly leashed pup out for a day of paddling and celebrating a worthy cause! Paddle along the Des Moines River from the Henderson River Access 11 miles to Lehigh. Registration starts at 11:00 AM. A sandbar refueling station will be at the halfway paddle point with refreshments for a donation. After the paddle there will be food trucks with food to purchase, a fun foam party for all ages, live music, local vendors, a silent auction and more.

Bring Fido out to this annual event that celebrates bayou, beer and booze! Reservations are required for a $15 plate of Crawfish, Taters, and Corn or a $12 plate of Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya. You and your leashed pup are invited to this fun day out to celebrate the grand opening of the Starved Rock Dog Park. Enjoy America's Best Frisbee Dogs shows at 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM. Experience a K9 Search & Rescue demonstration at noon. There will be pet vendors, a pet photographer, adoptable pets and city dog tags available for purchase with proof of rabies vaccination. Pups in need of pampering can visit the mobile grooming unit (proof of rabies vaccination is required for grooming). Head to The Dog House which will have food for purchase for humans. The first 100 attendees will recieve goodie bags.

Bring your pup with you to celebrate, remember and honor all those that have served at this race. Choose from three different race distances; a 5K, 10K or half marathon. This event will be taking place on the White River Trail State Trail with the start and finish on N Railroad Street in the town of Lyons. Bib pickup begins at 8:45 am on the day of the race.
