Booking a Hotel Room
I would suggest that you clearly state which hotels do not offer refunds if you chose to cancel the reservation. I booked a room and had to cancel it a week later and never received my refund. Since everything is done through your site, I never went to the hotels site and read their terms and conditions. Now I am out $67.34 and will never book through your site again.

It does clearly indicate that at the bottom of the page you fill out to reserve the room. You actually have to initial that section of the reservation in order for it to be made. The cancellation policy is also on the e-mail they send you.
