Bringing puppy form Austria to Canada

I am bringing puppy under 12 weeks old form Vienna to Canada, does anyone know what do I need?I want to have puppy with me in the cabin (french bulldog) Or if I wait until puppy is 12 weeks old and gets rabies shot - can I bring puppy to canada? I know Canada doesnt require quarantine, but I am not sure about Vienna.
