A maximum of 2 animals is permitted on each flight with Air Burkina, so you should contact the Customer Service Team at (+226) 25-49-23-51 as soon as your travel plans are confirmed to guarantee Fido one of these spots on board.

Small dogs, cats, and household birds can travel in the cabin if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 11 lbs (5 kg). Each passenger is permitted to travel with 1 pet and carrier. Animals traveling in the cabin will not be included in your free baggage allowance and will be charged the usual excess baggage rate.

Air Burkina allows dogs, cats, and other small animals (such as rabbits and guinea pigs) to fly as checked baggage in the hold on some of their flights. The size restrictions depend on the aircraft you are traveling with. You can find out your flight specifics by contacting the Customer Service Team at (+226) 25-49-23-51. Animals traveling as checked baggage will not be included in your free baggage allowance and will be charged the usual excess baggage rate instead.

For pets traveling in the cabin, carriers must not exceed the combined dimensions of 45" (115 cm).
