Pet Reservations

The number of pets accepted may be limited and may not be available on some flights. Pets must be checked in at the cargo at least 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. The airline reserves the right to refuse pet carriage. This service is only available on Boeing 737-operated flights.

Pets in the Cabin

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Nok Air.

Pets in Cargo

Domesticated dogs, cats, and rabbits can travel with Nok Air Cargo. Pets must be over two months old and not pregnant to travel on any Nok Air flight. Pets who weigh under 33 lbs (15 kg) are charged 1,500 THB and pets who weigh 33-66 lbs (16-30 kg) will be charged 2,000 THB per item.

Carrier Guidelines

For pets traveling as cargo, carriers must be IATA-approved and prevent pets escaping or harming handlers. The cage must have more than one ventilation and can be identifiable as a pet carrier with liquid absorption material on the floor. Carriers must be tall enough for animals to stand up, long enough for them to turn around inside and twice the shoulder width of the pet. Carriers must have well-attached pouch with appropriate amount of food and water for the journey.

Other Restrictions

The following breeds of dog are not permitted to travel with Nok Air Cargo: Brussels Terrier, Pug Breeds, English Toy Spaniel, Japanese Spaniel, Chow Chow, Pekingese, Japanese Spaniel, Shin Tzu, American Bulldog, Tibetan Spaniel, American Pitbull Terrier, Shar Pei, English Bulldog, Lhasa Apso, French Bulldog, Boston Terrier, Pit bull, Boxer Breeds, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier.
