Unfortunately, pets are not permitted to travel in the cabin with Shenzhen Airlines.

Small animals can travel as checked baggage if the combined weight of the pet and carrier does not exceed 70 lbs (32 kg). 3 animals from the same litter can travel together in the same carrier if the combined weight does not exceed the limit and they are below 6 months. Additionally, 2 small animals below 30 lbs (14 kg) who are used to cohabitation can travel together in the same carrier. The fee for this service is charged in addition to your baggage allowance. For each kilogram, owners will be charged 1.5% of the full economy-class ticket.

For pets traveling as checked baggage, carriers should be escape-and-leak-proof. Animals should be able to stand up, turn around, and lie down in a comfortable position inside. Carriers should be made of solid material and have proper ventilation to allow animals to breathe inside.
