Accommodating Hotel
Homewood Suites by Hilton Concord CharlotteMy pup and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on a trip from FL to NY. Will definitely stay again. The hotel has a great outdoor area with lounge chairs, firepit & BBQ. We had a 1 bedroom suite that had a small kitchen and seating area. Plenty of room for my pup to stretch her legs. Breakfast was included. There were small grass areas for relief and they did supply bags & trash can in one area at the back of the hotel. (Guests could be better about picking up behind their dogs).
The hotel Staff was pleasant and the service was great. I had a minor issue with my TV and they were there in minutes to fix it. Then called me afterwards to ensure I was satisfied. The kitchen frig was great to store fresh dog food & bottled water. I felt at ease being one of the few guests with a dog there. Dogs not allowed in the usual areas (restaurant, pool), however, the hotel is large enough to walk the lobby, outside and very close to stores, restaurants and gas stations.
Clean, Convenient, Caring Hotel
Home2 Suites by Hilton Fayetteville NCI stayed one night with my pup on the way to Orlando. The hotel was great for a quick rest night. The rooms were clean and appreciated having a frig, microwave & coffee maker. I was on the ground floor near the exit door which was so convenient for potty breaks. The hotel staff was very warm & friendly. The only drawback is the pup potty areas (grass) are small, however, they do supply poo bags outside. Would definitely stay here again.
Great location and staff
Sonesta Resort Hilton Head IslandThis hotel was a surprise in that it was really nicely laid out, close to the beach and dog friendly. We only stayed one night, however, we agreed to return during warmer weather to use the pool and swim in the ocean. The guests were friendly and wanted to pet our pup (which she loved). We felt comfortable in the lobby area having a beverage with the pup (inside and out). Plenty of outside seating away from the pool (dog not allowed) and waste bags available too.
Convenient Pet Hotel
Hampton Inn Virginia Beach Oceanfront NorthWe stayed one night here driving through the state to get home. The staff here was very professional and personable. I even received a call making sure we were on our way as we checked in late. They honored a one hour late check out too. The hotel is right on the beach and I must say that’s the highlight. Our dog was allowed on the beach this time of year so our morning walk was lovely. The hotel room seemed to be a little dated and the included breakfast was okay. It met our needs for a quick over night stay with a dog.
Ultimate Dog Friendly Hotel
Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort an IHG HotelI honestly don’t know where to start. Everything was so amazing. We have a 4-year-old French Bulldog. This hotel is so dog friendly. They are allowed everywhere. Our girl gets anxious when you leave her in a new place alone, so it gave me comfort having her with us at the rooftop bar, at breakfast and lunch (inside restaurant), at the beach etc. They even have grassy relief spots with bags. Anything we asked for was delivered with a smile. Our dining servers were the best. TTD rooms were clean and decorated in the 1960s theme which was fun and the food and drinks were delicious. I received the bill and thought I underpaid for the value I received. Exceptional and will be back. Thank you to the entire staff.
Pup Friendly, Clean & Convenient
Aloft Charlotte BallantyneGreat place to stay with pup. Put us on ground floor with great access to potty areas etc. Modern facilities and plenty of parking space. Building sits among a corporate complex. Stayed 1 night. Great choice.
Quaint, Service Oriented Hotel
The River InnWell, this hotel makes you feel like you stopped in to visit relatives. They treat you with such warmth and kindness. We had a camper van, a pup and it was absolutely no problem for them to valet our vehicle and gave us this awesome pet-friendly room on the 7th floor. The neighborhood is within minutes of George Washington University so you get the suburban yet vibrant feel. Plenty of dogs in the neighborhood and the folks on the street were super friendly. Will visit again when in town!
