They accept pets

While we appreciate that La Quinta Carlsbad allowed our pets to stay with us, to get the "pet friendly" King room we desired, we had no choice but to take a 2nd floor room. That is not pet friendly. And pet friendly does not mean you get a free pass on a deep clean after each guest leaves. I cleaned human hair off the shower floor, and the showerhead fixture dripped loudly and constantly (room 217). I attempted to deaden the drip, drip, drip sound with the only 2 washcloths provided in the room. In addition, you couldn't close the bathroom door because it drug on the tile floor. Finally, I miss being greeted by front desk staff when I enter the building. All 3 hotels we stayed in this trip were Wyndham-owned, and all 3 had a vacant front desk with no welcome greeting. Thank you again for allowing pets.
