Quality Inn PaysonThis place is a bit dated but it was a great price. Room was large, carpeted, with a slider to the grass courtyard. Friendly staff at front desk.

Average stay
Best Western Moriarty Heritage InnRoom was adequate and comfortable, typical breakfast fare. Paid the pet fee but was disgusted with people who don’t pick up after their pets -- not a good place to walk dogs.

Quiet stay
Americas Choice Inn and SuitesWell kept older hotel, quiet. Friendly staff, lacks grassy place for our pet to relieve herself but that’s pretty common in the southwest.

Stay away
Motel 6 Las Cruces NM - TelshorNot sure what was going on but guests were coming and going all night -- doors were not quiet. We got very little sleep. Bathroom floor around the toilet was gross. Did not feel safe taking the dog out in the dark; the parking lot was lit but tall bushes surrounding the lot made the area behind them dark and out of sight. Did not find a grassy area at all. I wasn’t expecting much based on the price but left extremely disappointed.

Best Western Plus Fort Stockton HotelGood location, plenty of room in the king room. Quiet. Enjoyed the dog run with turf. Offered a tasty dinner and breakfast. Everyone was friendly.
