Good Value, and no fees for dogs.

The Red Roof Inn in Emporia, VA was clean and safe. We were able to park our car right outside our door. We were there during a heat wave and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It was halfway between FL and Massachusetts. Great value! Our 2 dogs were happy so we were happy. There are lots of restaurants and gas stations nearby. There was good access to getting on and off I-95. The hotel gives the rooms with wood laminate to the customers with dogs. The motel seemed full when we left early so make sure you make a reservation. BringFido.com was an excellent resource.
