Old Florida compound
The Smart Stay InnNice little inn with playground, pool and dog park. It’s hard finding nicer, not extremely expensive places to stay with a dog. This was a step above, but still low budget. Clean and tidy and right off I-95. Follow your GPS to find. It’s tucked away off the main road.

Hampton Inn & Suites Savannah I-95 South GatewayWe always love a Hampton Inn. So glad they are now allowing pets! Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast. The reason it only got 4 bones is because we were on the 5th floor.

Lots of 4-legged family at this hotel
Comfort Suites LumbertonClean, comfortable accommodations while traveling with our puppy. New vinyl flooring makes it very dog friendly, and they even put a dog cover on the couch! Lots of grassy areas around the hotel.

Days Inn by Wyndham St GeorgeClean room (as stated in big billboard on I-95), but needs some renovating. Vinyl floors good for dogs.

Great Location right off I-95
Best Western Plus First Coast Inn & SuitesThe hotel has recently been redone with vinyl floors. No worries about puppy accidents! Very friendly staff. We were hoping for a first floor room, but booked late and ended up on the 3rd floor. Beds were comfortable.

Updated, comfortable hotel
The Hub Middletown Red Bank BW Signature CollectionThis Quality Inn has recently been renovated with vinyl floors in the rooms, good when Fido is along for the ride. The baths have also been updated. The beds were very comfortable too. However, our room wasn't cleaned properly. Hopefully a one time blip. I will definitely go back.

Great place for dogs
Best Western LumbertonWalkout to grassy area, complete with poop bags. Laminate floors and for the dog’s people, comfy beds. The place is a bit dated, but we will definitely go back.

Wet Dog Smell
La Quinta by Wyndham Charlotte Airport NorthAlthough we don't pay extra for traveling with a dog at LaQuinta, the room shouldn't smell like a wet dog. We didn't ask to change, but probably should have. Room not very clean either.
