Dog friendly staff; convenient to interstate
Sleep Inn & Suites Harrisonburg Near UniversityThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Having learned a lesson from the last hotel we stayed at, I asked if the room was on the first floor, which it wasn't. The desk person put us in a very convenient first floor room. There are plenty of restaurants and gas stations and it's easy access off and on I-81. My only complaint is that the bed linens smelt like they had not been changed. I did mention this to the woman at the front desk who said the room had been cleaned and that she experienced the same issue when she stayed there. Glad I brought my own pillow and blankets!

Easy access from I-40; good location
Holiday Inn Express Knoxville-Strawberry Plains an IHG HotelThe staff was very friendly and welcoming. With two dogs in tow, I was a little disappointed that our room was on the second floor, however, it was right around the corner from the elevator. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Location is right off I-40 and there are several restaurants and gas stations nearby.
