Nice hotel
PACIFIC 19 KonaWe arrived after 7 days of travel with dogs. We drove from Missouri to California. Flew into Kona. We were tired and exhausted. We were greeted with smiles. They made sure we had dog beds and dog bowls. Rooms had air conditioning. Fridge had drinks. We were allowed to eat our meals in the lobby with the dogs. I had to request additional shampoo and everything we requested was handled in minutes. They also allowed us to add on an extra day with no problems.
I would say it was the best hotel experience of all the hotels we stayed at on this long trip. The coffee in the lobby in the mornings was fresh and hot. They also had ice water in the lobby. I loved how to staff to the time to say hello and wanted to know if we were pleased. Yoga instructor in courtyard in the morning. There was a great restaurant within walking distance that allowed us to have brunch with our dogs. Coffee shop also very close. Sorry. cannot remember name of coffee shop or restaurant. Food was very good. Parking is a bit expensive at $30 per night yet the handicapped spot was so easy and convenient.
Great hotel for dogs
Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Henderson an IHG HotelExcellent place for dogs. Highly recommended.
Excellent service
First Choice Inns at the SwellHotel was great. Plenty of room to walk and play with dogs. Free breakfast, but get their early.; they ran out of some hot items at 8:30 am. Staff friendly and helpful. 45 minute wait at restaurant across the road from hotel. We had pizza instead down the road. Would recommend with dogs to stay here.
