Very Disappointing

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone and I would advise avoidance if possible. Check in was fine and the experience was friendly and welcoming…too bad it went downhill from there. First and foremost the room was dirty…not vacuumed and wiped down. Unacceptable. On top of that, our toilet did not work. After maintenance made some feeble attempts with a plunger he simply said…”it’s going down real slow” and left. After trying to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and the toilet not working we made the decision to leave at the moment. I had high hopes based on rating on BringFido but the experience was just not acceptable.
