Good location, clean rooms
Wingate by Wyndham BrunswickWe stayed here two nights as we were visiting friends in the area. It is conveniently located just off 95. There was no extra fee for our dog, and room was clean and on the first floor for easy access. Breakfast area was clean and food was fine. Will stay there again when in the area.

Fine for our dog, but...
Hampton Inn Richmond MechanicsvilleThe air-conditioning did not work in our room and could not be fixed. Due to inclement weather we arrived late and exhausted. We were just ready to settle in for the night. Manager changed our room, but we had to pack up all of our things and move from the first floor to the third floor. It was a “suite” but in cupboards under sink bags of trash were stashed. And we were now facing a busy road on a Saturday night. Tough to sleep. It was not cheap and an extra $50 for the dog pushed it over $200. We expected more for that price.

Clean and comfortable
Comfort Suites LumbertonWe had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There was an area to walk our dog, and there was an Outback restaurant a five minute walk away.
