Clean and friendly stay
Candlewood Suites Rocky Mount an IHG HotelWe stayed for only one night during a drive between PA and FL. The check-in process was quick and efficient. The front desk attendants both at night and in the morning were super friendly. The room was big and clean. We didn’t see any other dogs on property but we stayed on the first floor which was easy with getting our dog in and out of the facility. There’s also a nice sized grassy area outside of the hotel for the dog to use. Would definitely stay again as an option for a quick night of rest from our drive up and down the east coast.

Dog friendly, convenient, and easy check-in
Quality Inn & Suites Civic CenterThe facility was dog friendly which is great. They have a spot in the back for our dog to go to the bathroom plus it has bags in case you forget them. The hotel is only 2 stories tall so it’s easy for our dog to go up and down the outside steps to get to our room. Also all rooms entrances are on the outside of the hotel so no potential awkward situations between two different dogs waiting for an elevator. That’s great for our guy who can get pretty stressed out in those scenarios.

Great location and dog friendly
Aloft Asheville DowntownThe hotel was in the perfect location being right on Biltmore Ave in the heart of downtown Asheville. There are awesome shops and breweries right in that area, so definitely an ideal location for humans to stay. The hotel was extremely dog friendly. There was a good amount of dogs staying during our time there which was great since we didn't feel uncomfortable with our dog being there. There was a little grassy area right behind the hotel that was easy to access. This was our dog's first stay in a hotel, so the elevator was a little bit stressful for him since there could sometimes be other dogs waiting to get on/off as well as having to physically go on the elevator. But all in all, other guests were super accommodating and allowed us to get on separately instead of in a group. I would definitely stay here due to the location and pet friendly staff/guests.
