Lovely Hotel, Not Easy For Dogs
Best Western Plus Sparks Reno HotelNo 1st floor rooms, so elevators only, which is a pain (especially if elevators are out). There is only gravel around the sides of the building and minimal grassy area near the road through the front parking lot. They do have disposable bags, which is nice. Absolutely not an area conducive to taking your pet for a walk. The facility is updated and rooms are very nice. They advertise having a restaurant within the facility, even having a banner in the lobby with the restaurant advertised. The restaurant is not open and looks like it hadn’t been in a long time. Very nice hotel, but not too pet accessible.

Basic At Best If You Can Find It
Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Council Bluffs/OmahaCheck to make sure the elevators work, (they didn’t for us and never mentioned that fact when we booked an hour prior to arriving) or until I filled out all the paperwork and paid. Then they tried to put us and our 14 yr old dog on the 2nd floor until I complained. Then they surprisingly discovered a 1st floor room WAS available! One Queen bed. That’s it. No chair, or table. and hardly enough room around the bed to walk. The room was relatively clean but old and very basic everything. $25 extra pet fee. The location is not close to restaurants and the surrounding area was extremely dark at night.
