Perfect place to stay for a night on the road. Easy location to get on and off I-10, great grass area for dogs, and breakfast included.

Friendly staff, clean room, and plenty of dog walking space.

I picked this one for the location, close to the National Park, but it was unsafe to walk through the neighborhood to the park. Lots of weird people hanging around. They did have a nice fenced dog run and kept the surface of the room clean. The toilet was close to unusable because of where it was in the bathroom, and the walls of the room have serious water damage that has been covered up. I don’t mind older places, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Very close to the freeway and has very few places for dog relief. Our room was very beat up, it looked like someone had busted the door down at some point. We arrived later in the day and wanted to sleep in, but housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:30am to ask when we planned to leave.

Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling, carpet in a dog-friendly room. Locked out in the early morning when the dog needed to go out because my keycard wouldn’t work. No one at the front desk to help.

Comfortable for a one-night stop. Hard to get in and out of property with dogs because of the location. Few places for dog relief. Breakfast was great!

Perfect place to stay to visit Great Sand Dunes NP. Lots of grassy area for the dogs. Clean and well kept. We enjoyed our night.

Perfect spot for an overnight stay. Lots of areas for pet relief, clean room, plenty of dining options.

Clean and comfortable for a one-night stopover on a road trip.

Staff was extra pleasant at check-in and provided a dog welcome treat. Room was super clean and comfortable. Dog area was a little small, but worked. We enjoyed our stay.

Charge $50 a night for the dog, but put you in a room with pee stains on the carpet and do not have an area for the dogs to relieve themselves on the property. Why charge a dog fee if you can’t provide an area for dogs and a clean room?! There is no garden and the pool is closed. Their whole description is a lie. Room was 100 degrees because ac was turned off when we arrived in 106 degree heat and did not cool the room down until 9 at night. Bad experience all around. Feel like I’ve been swindled.

Clean, comfortable, and a dirt dog area. A good place to stay for a stop on a longer trip.

Great Location if visiting Sequoia (about an hour drive to the park) and you do not want to stay in the small towns next to the park. Easy access to lots of food options, gas, and they have several areas for pet relief. Room was comfortable and clean.

The vibe around the hotel made me nervous. Lots of people wandering. Actually moved my car so I could see it and checked on it multiple times at night. Room smelled awful. I wish all dog rooms did not have carpet. Glad I was only staying one night.

Loved the location, the dog park, and the super clean room. Breakfast included with the room was excellent. A great choice for just one night or if you are staying longer to explore the area.

Loved the sliding door and balcony with a great view of the lake. Clean room, friendly staff, and great place to walk with the dog. It is older, but comfortable.

Clean, comfy rooms. Great breakfast and plenty of space for dog walks.

Dog treats at check-in. Huge grassy area for walks. Great comfort rooms. We loved our stay.

We stayed in a non lake view room. We walked in and the smell of musty mold was overpowering. Cobwebs behind the bathroom door, toilet was wet and kept running, and doors to access the building were intermittently working using a key card to get back in. They did have a lovely beach on property. I wonder if my experience would have been different with the more expensive lakefront rooms.

May have stayed on a bad night. For the price the toilet should not have been broken, the shower handle shouldn’t have needed fixed, and I should not have to reset the cable myself to get the tv to work. The worst part was the noise in the parking lot at 3am. Drag racing, loud music, yelling, and the drag racers crashing into a guests parked car. Management did not deal with the issue or call the police. I’d stay away from this place.

Right on the lake with a beautiful view and lots of area to take a walk with the dog. Older furnishings (which I enjoy), but really clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant stay. Plenty of area to walk with the dog. Well maintained, friendly staff. Did not enjoy staying by the pool, so only 4 bones. I would stay here again.

Second stay at this location. Love the staff, the grounds, and the clean comfortable rooms. Very pet friendly.
Nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Big pet relief area. Very close to Cape Cod National Seashore visitor center.

Small, but easy to access pet relief area. Room was super comfortable and clean. It is a 25-minute drive to New River Gorge National Park, but lots of great food options.

Staff made me and my pup feel super welcome. Lovely garden area for pet relief. Fabulous rooms. We loved our stay.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, and great location. We did have to use the entrance for employees to reach our room, so that was a little weird. Otherwise a great stay.

Comfortable rooms, great morning breakfast, and a nice pet relief area. We had an issue with our TV, but not the end of the world. The room was not dirty, but it needed a little extra cleaning. It was fine for a one night stopover.

We spent three nights here and it was wonderful. Friendly staff, great pet area, wonderful location, and very clean rooms. This is a family owned hotel, so not fancy, but the room was so comfortable and perfect for our stay while visiting Acadia.

Right on the beach, wonderful rooms, and great location.

Staff was friendly, great location, super clean room, and my dog stayed free. Not fancy, but I would stay here again.

We enjoyed two comfortable nights here. Lots of great food choices nearby. It is a 25-minute drive to the National Park, but we enjoyed our stay.

Loved the location of this inn. It was right in the middle of everything, so you can park your car and walk. I also liked the location of the pet friendly rooms, on the bottom floor.

We felt super spoiled staying in the very spacious room. Great on-site dining and lots of space to take the dog for a walk. It is also super close to Valley Forge. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location to get on and off the highway to get to Niagara Falls. We had a lovely third floor room right next to the stairs that was clean. They had a long strip of grass between the building and a fence for dog relief. We enjoyed our two nights here.

This is a wonderful property, and the only reason I didn’t give it 5 bones is because the no contact check-in was a hassle for me, who is less technologically inclined. Codes for your room come in an email, which I didn’t know until I got there and had to call because there was no office. The lady was super nice, and walked me through it. I didn’t like having to enter a key code to enter my room, and I could not get the app to work to use my phone as the key. The room and grounds are lovely, and it’s in a great location. Plenty of places to walk with the dog. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay. Staff was super friendly, great location, comfortable super clean room, and amazing views of the Gateway Arch from our room. Parking was so easy, and the elevator went from the garage to the floor my room was on. I wish I could give them more bones.

The room was so dirty! The sheets had stains all over them, like they hadn’t been changed. There was trash left around the trash can from previous guests, and the room smelled awful. The worst Best Western Plus I’ve ever stayed in.

We loved our one night stay. Small clean grass area for my pup. Super clean room and very comfortable. Excellent breakfast. I will be staying here again.

This place was a problem even before I checked in. With one person working the desk, and multiple people checking in it took forever. My room was on the opposite side of the property from the pet relief area. The pet relief area was unsafe and unusable. The grass was higher than my dog (a golden retriever) and filled with trash. Parking was also a problem, the lot is setup so no one can park to see their car from their room. The room itself was an ordinary room, plenty comfortable for an evening. Just not very dog friendly.

We enjoyed our stay! Very comfortable room with plenty of space. The property is very well taken care of.

Zero Bones. This property was unsafe. I actually walked in, looked at the room and left. People were yelling and screaming at each other in the hallways, pot could be smelled throughout the building even though it is supposed to be smoke free, and the lady who checked me me warned me about break-ins to cars in the parking lot. They also did not have towels ready for my room, when I checked in at 6 pm and did not know when I would get them. It just seemed like a bad situation all around, so I left. I would not stay here!

Incredibly friendly staff, an entire section of the building devoted to people staying with dogs, an awesome pet relief area, and dog treats when we checked in. Our room was also super comfortable and incredibly clean. We loved our stay here!

Decent location, nice staff, great pet area. We enjoyed our stay.

A great place to take your dog on a leashed walk. The majority of paths are paved with tree cover. Several different routes to choose from, all with lots of picnic tables and benches. The lookout over the city is beautiful. Lots of parking, but this trail is well used. Pathways will be hot in the afternoon on a warm day. We saw lots of butterflies and birds on our walk.
