Last Resort place to stay
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham ColumbiaLa Quinta "management" was a couple, the male of which was hurling numerous 'F' bombs in the public breakfast area about 10 minutes before breakfast. Not saying he is a bad person, but just has a limited vocabulary. On Sunday 10 minutes before breakfast, waffle batter was on carpet (from previous day ????), all the breakfast area trash cans were full, and the 'gentleman' and woman that worked there were just talking, no one considered cleaning up or emptying the trash. With pets there were few choices. The sheets were relatively clean and there were no bedbugs on inspecting the mattress. Hall carpets filthy, building maintenance poor, but was reasonably quiet. For $90 all in, not a good value, but if you are on a budget with animals and stuck, might work for you.
