Poor Consideration of the Disabled

I was forced to move on to this hotel when my previous hotel gave away my room. BringFido called them and they could not provide a room until check-in time (3:00 PM). I reached them at 4:15 AM. However, my disability would not allow for such a long wait without resting. I continued to drive to my final destination and reached there at 10 AM. With all of this, they refused to refund the cost of my reservation (2 days stay). I will never stay there again.
