It's a room
Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham LaredoThis place is very run down. While the allow dogs to stay at the Inn, they don't allow dogs on any of the grassy areas, and the nearest spot to with grass is a park that's 10 minutes away. If you only have to stay one night before crossing the border or something, it's doable, but I would recommend finding something better even if it costs more. I gave it another "bone" because of its proximity to the highway.
Decent Room
Best Western PLUS Waxahachie Inn & SuitesLocation was ideal -- lots of restaurants and shopping around the BW Inn & Suites. The room was decent, though the 3rd floor smelled like they were attempting to cover up the smell of smoke and the ice machine was broken on that floor as well. The best perk was there is a large field across from the hotel where you can easily take your dog off leash and play fetch. There is also a small pond with a walking path behind the hotel that is perfect for walks.
