Don’t go here
Best Western Plus Sparks Reno HotelStaff was very slow checking people in. Once I finally got up. They somehow missed that I had a pet with me for the reservation. I don’t get how they messed that up. It got booked by this pet hotel app. They are NOT dog friendly. I don’t get why it has so many good reviews. Children running wild and giving the dog anxiety as I wait for the receptionist to give me a pet room since they never did the work after days in advance of reserving the room. Never coming here again.

Noisy First Floor
Aloft Buffalo AirportGreat hotel room. But some things were lacking. No microwave, the doors on the first floor vibrate the walls. Guests only seem to care about themselves, obnoxious honking at 7AM coming from the windows facing the parking lot. I would not choose to come here again. Dog was stressed out from all the noises. Car honking, hallway doors smacking every few minutes. Not a good sleep for the dog.
